| The Montrose Air Station Heritage Trust run this Famous Air Station. It was the first Operational Air Field in the U.K. All our heros from The Battle of Britain trained at Montrose before being seconded to their respective Bases. A facinating experience awaits the visitor who takes time to locate this Air Base. You will see a video and visit the museum with the guidance of a knowladgeable volunteer.
